ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Brand Experience Specialist, you'll bring our brand to life throughinspiring retail experiences, events, activations and community touchpoints thatconnect with customers and drive commercial outcomes. Working across Creative,Brand Communications, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams, you'll transformstrategic briefs into engaging brand experiences, leading projects from conceptthrough to execution while ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand visionand values.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker and exceptional projectmanager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll develop innovativeactivation concepts, manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns and events,collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and continuallyseek new ways to elevate the customer experience. With a strong focus onexecution, relationship building and continuous improvement,
you'll play a keyrole in creating memorable brand moments that strengthen customer connection anddrive business growth.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in brand experience, experiential marketing, retail marketing,events, project management or a similar role
Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to developcustomer-focused experiences and activation concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging avariety of stakeholders
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internalteams, suppliers and external partners
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance creativity, budgetsand operational requirementsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deadlines inafat-paced environment
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability totake initiatives from concept to execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using Adobe CreativeSuite, Canva or presentation design tools considered advantageousA passion for creating engaging customer experiences and bringing brands tolife
