Uniting is seeking a Change Manager to lead end-to-end change for a billing transformation and other enterprise projects. You will ensure leaders and teams are ready to adopt recent ways of working, partnering with the Head of Change and senior leads to embed change into project delivery.
You will drive change activities, communications and stakeholder engagement across the organisation, building capability to sustain the change mindset beyond delivery.
