Your impact

As Centre Manager,



you'll lead every aspect of the service while creating an setting where:

- Children feel safe, confident and inspired to learn.

- Families feel welcomed, valued and connected.

- Educators feel supported, challenged and empowered to grow.

Your role will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the service

- Coaching and developing a passionate team of educators

- Embedding the EYLF and National Quality Standards into everyday practice

- Driving occupancy, compliance and operational excellence

- Building meaningful relationships with families and the local community

- Managing budgets, rosters and centre performance

- Championing a culture of continuous improvement

About you

You'll bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

- 2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service

- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework

- Outstanding leadership and communication skills

- A collaborative leadership style

- A genuine passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes
