The role
- Provide person-centred,
evidence-based care to residents in a 30-bed residential facility
- General aged care, Palliative Care and support for those living with Dementia.
- Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care setting (+2 years)
- Solid clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Either current NDIS Check OR National Criminal Record Check from within the last 12 months
- Up to date Flu Vaccine and x3 Covid Vaccines
