Catholic Archdiocese of Melbournbe in East Melbourne is hiring for a 12-month Product Support role to back the CDFpay app for schools and parishes. You will resolve issues, process billing, and deliver proactive client service, acting as the bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and Flexischools.

You will handle Level 1/2 support, with occasional onsite visits, and grow market share through positive client experiences while cross-training across other CDF products.
