What you'll do

- Manage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.




- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
