We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a small, friendly team in a busy paint warehouse with an attached retail store. This is a hands‑on role offering plenty of variety throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix paint, tints, and spray cans by following customer‑specific mixing formulas.
- Prepare customer orders, including 4L paint tins and 20kg containers.
- Pick and pack paint products accurately.
- Put stock away and maintain warehouse organisation.
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse and retrieve stock from racking using a forklift.
- Operate confidently in confined warehouse spaces with limited clearance.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential (training will be provided for paint mixing).
- Current LF Forklift Licence with proven operating experience.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team setting.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
