Are you an experienced Construction Estimator or Supervisor with a background in insurance repairs? Do you understand scopes, variations, assessors, and tight turnaround times — and thrive in that environment? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Construction Estimator/Supervisor to join our client who are a growing team delivering high-quality residential insurance repair projects in Mildura.

About the Role

This is a dual-focused role responsible for:

- Preparing detailed scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance claims
- Reviewing building reports and assessor documentation
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, trades and clients
- Managing projects from approval through to completion
- Coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to standard
- Monitoring budgets, variations and compliance requirements
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience in insurance building repairs (Key Essential)
- Background in residential construction estimating and/or site supervision
- Strong understanding of insurance scopes, variations and compliance
- Ability to interpret building plans, reports and damage assessments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with estimating software such Prime and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
