IT Support Admin (EUC Device Rollout) - Brisbane

Brisbane QLD | September Start | Contract through to December | $36/hr (Inclusive of Super)

We're recruiting multiple IT Support Admins to support a major technology rollout for a large national utilities organisation across SE Queensland.

You'll be responsible for deploying new devices, providing onsite technical support and ensuring end users have a smooth transition throughout the rollout.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team-oriented project team and gain experience on a large national deployment.

What's on offer?

- September start
- Contract through to the end of December
- $36 per hour (inclusive of super)
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to work on a major national project
- Some travel throughout Queensland
- Immediate interviews - onboarding starts this week

Key responsibilities

- Deploy and configure laptops,



mobile phones and tablets
- Provide onsite IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage support tickets and asset records
- Support workplace technology including printers and meeting rooms
- Deliver excellent customer service

About you

- Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC Support or Service Desk
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within Queensland
