An exciting opportunity to manage a holiday park on the beautiful Fleurieu Coast of South Australia.

The Site

Rapid Bay Campground is a scenic beachside camping spot on South Australia’s Fleurieu Coast. It offers stunning views of St Vincent’s Gulf and access to clear waters, making it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to the Rapid Bay Jetty, renowned for its fishing spots

The Role

We're currently recruiting an experienced Management team (individual/s or couple considered), who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drivebusiness development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Managers must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement. You must be hands onin regard tocleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting the protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience for visitors and local community.

Must have own self-contained caravan or campervan with an unpowered site made available.

Responsibilities include:

- Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience
- Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced setting
- Lead and supervise small teams
- Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
- Achievement of agreed KPI's

A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation,



IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.

Selection Criteria

- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
- Well-developed communication, organisation,administrationand management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings

ESSENTIAL

- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check Clearance upon on-boarding
- Working with Children’s Check
