Position

We are seeking a motivated, details orientated person who can work well in a team as a Purchasing Officer.

The role is integral to our operations and you will be working closely with our internal and external sales team, reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Your role, through collaboration, is to assist with inventory management in our business, and with the day to day purchasing requirements which include stock control.

Responsibilities

- day to day purchasing of stock and customer requirements
- handling questions related to stock and purchasing enquiries from our suppliers, customers,



and sales team
- liaise with our warehouse team
- approve and process orders
- inventory and stock control

- high attention to detail
- ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- has the ability to multitask when required
- builds solid relationships
- has strong negotiation skills
- can work independently when required
- previous purchasing experience is an asset for this role
