The Beechmont Hotel in the Gold Coast Hinterland is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for a full-time, salaried position. You will lead a agile team, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across busy service periods.

Ideal candidates bring at least 12 months of management experience, solid knowledge of TAB and Keno, and relevant RSA/RSG/RMLV licenses. Flexibility for nights and weekends is essential to support peak periods.
