About the role
At TerryWhite Chemmart, we are passionate about helping our community stay healthy and supported every day. We are currently seeking a friendly, customer-focussed, caring and motivated Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our welcoming team. You will be working in an exciting fast paced environment and will be required to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
As a Senior Pharmacy Assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists and team to provide outstanding service and support to our local community.
- Supporting and assisting pharmacists with dispensing and medication preparation
- Communication and coordination with a variety of pharmacy reps
- Providing exceptional customer service and patient care
- Supporting daily pharmacy operations such as processing sales and answering phone enquiries
- Giving great product advice
- Maintaining stock levels and inventory records
- Helping keep the pharmacy clean, organised and welcoming
- Following pharmacy procedures and health regulations
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable and team-oriented
- Passionate about helping people
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a busy workplace
Previous pharmacy experience is essential. Our candidate must have worked for a minimum of 2-3 years in a pharmacy setting. We are not seeking to employ students at this time.
We are looking for someone who can commit full-time to this role and can commit to starting immediately. All TWC training will be provided.
