About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant (Disability Support Worker) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best life.
Your day-to-day may include:
- In-home support — personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living tasks
- Community engagement — supporting people to participate in social and recreational activities
- Promoting independence and supporting NDIS plans
- Flexible shifts available: Day, Weekend, and Sleepovers – perfect for work-life balance!

What We’re Looking For
- Current First Aid & CPR , or willingness to obtain (Successful applicants must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 3 months if not currently held)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (or Yellow Card)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity team setting
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in disability support, high care needs, or behaviour support plans
- Strong communication skillsA passion for empowering others
