Cape Naturaliste College (CNC) is a community-based school established in 2008 and offers a team-oriented learning environment for students. This 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position begins Term 1, 2027 and may be extended or made permanent.
The Role
As Head of Learning Area – Science, you will work closely with the Principal to provide educational leadership within the school and the broader community. Your responsibilities include: developing and promoting the school’s vision for Science, encouraging participation from staff, volunteers and stakeholders, providing professional guidance to Science teachers, ensuring curriculum relevance, facilitating teaching and learning outcomes, managing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience teaching Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Science is highly desirable.
