About the role

This full time BDM role at De Dietrich' offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading brand in the retail and consumer products industry. Based in our Subiaco showroom and a new experience centre scheduled to open later this year NSW, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our retailers and valued clients.
Job Purpose:

To drive business growth in Perth, Australia by sourcing new retail partnerships, nurturing existing retailer relationships, and promoting the company's kitchen appliance products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Retailer Sourcing and Development:

Identify and target potential retail partners in the kitchen appliance sector within Perth.
Conduct market research to understand retailer needs and preferences.

Develop strategies for engaging and onboarding new retailers.

Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with current retailers and partners.




Conduct regular visits to retail locations to provide support and gather feedback.

Address any issues or concerns raised by retailers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Training and Support:

Develop comprehensive training programs for retailers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising.
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure retailers are equipped to sell effectively.

Monitor retailer performance and implement improvement strategies as necessary.

Sales Growth and Strategy:

Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost product visibility and sales in partner stores.
