We are looking for friendly, hands-on Retail Assistants with Swimming Pool Knowledge to join our local team in Cardiff. Retail or Customer Service experience is great, but attitude matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be our go-to helper for all things pool and spa

- Welcoming customers and giving straightforward, honest advice
- Testing pool water and explaining results (we’ll train you)
- Keeping the shop looking good and well-stocked
- Pitching in with stock deliveries and store tasks
- Learning the ropes of pool care so you can grow with us

About You:

You don’t need to be a pool pro, just someone who’s:

- Friendly,



reliable and likes chatting with people
- Organised and good at keeping on top of tasks
- Willing to learn and pitch in where needed
- Comfortable using a computer and learning current systems
