We're seeking HR Advisor to join a site‐based team in the Moranbah region, supporting a large mining operation with practical HR advice, hands‐on support, and room to grow.
/n
You'll work closely with the HR superintendents on site. This is a great opportunity for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having solid HR leadership around you.

What you'll be doing:
/n
/n
- Provide day‐to‐day HR support to supervisors and team leads
/n
- Support and coordinate investigations,
performance processes, and compliance matters
/n
- Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
/n
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
/n
- Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
/n
- Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
/n/n
What we're looking for:
/n
/n
- Previous HR experience in mining or industrial environments
/n
- Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
/n
- Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
/n
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
/n/n
