We provide experienced professionals who become part of our clients' teams and help get the work done. Our Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers and PMO professionals work alongside clients to solve problems, remove roadblocks and achieve outcomes.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work directly with government clients across a variety of projects and programs.

You'll help organisations understand business needs, improve processes, define requirements and implement solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, project teams and delivery leaders to support successful project outcomes.

No two projects are the same. You could be facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, gathering requirements, supporting system implementations or helping project teams navigate complex delivery challenges.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and contributing to delivery outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading business analysis activities across projects and transformation programs.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analysing business processes, operating models and service delivery arrangements.
- Documenting and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Producing high-quality deliverables including: Business Requirements, User Stories, Business Process Maps, Functional Specifications, Business Cases, Options Analysis
- Supporting project managers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assisting with testing, business readiness and implementation activities.




- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and ways of working.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience delivering projects within Australian Government environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in project and program delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to delivery.

To be considered, you must:

- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Be willing to obtain and maintain higher levels of clearance where required.
