Climbing Ladders Early Learning and Montessori Centre – Norwest NSW

We are a privately owned, family-run early childhood organisation providing high-quality education and care in a safe and nurturing environment.

We are seeking a Full-Time Cook/Chef to join our Norwest centre and prepare fresh, nutritious meals for children aged between 6 weeks to 6 years.

About the Role

- Full-time position, Monday-Friday (8am to 4pm)
- Prepare morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea using a rotating menu
- Cater for allergies, dietary requirements, and cultural needs
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and storage standards
- Manage food ordering within budget and receive deliveries
- Work with the Centre Manager on menu planning
- Engage positively with children and staff throughout the day

About You





- Experience in cooking, hospitality, or commercial kitchen environments (childcare experience desirable)
- Knowledge of food safety and allergy management
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, First Aid, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Organised, reliable, and passionate about child nutrition and wellbeing
