What you'll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new software features and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, SQL, and React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and effective code while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability before deployment.
- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and uphold coding standards across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues reported by users or identified during testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software offerings.
- Document software specifications, design processes, and technical procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback and business goals.
- Assist in the deployment of applications to production environments and monitor their performance post-launch.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
- Engage in Agile development practices, participating in daily stand-ups,



sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with C#, SQL, and React.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in database design and management, with hands-on experience in SQL Server or similar database technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative code management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying and managing applications.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience in applications.
- Previous experience in the mining or resources industry is a plus.
