About the Role

As a Senior Motor Mechanic, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical repairs and servicing while supporting workshop efficiency and mentoring.

- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
- Performing servicing, repairs, and mechanical inspections
- Conducting wheel alignments and tyre-related services where required
- Experience with various Makes and Models, European
- Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior staff
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
- Communicating effectively with the team and customers
- Carrying out vehicle inspections (Roadworthy)

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant NSW motor mechanic qualifications and licenses




- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
- Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience within the automotive and/or tyre industry
- A strong understanding of WHS practices and workshop safety
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience mentoring and training apprentices
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
