Disability Support Worker – South Eastern Suburbs
Locations: Dandenong | Cranbourne | Pakenham | Frankston | Camberwell

Pay Rate: $38 – $42.00 per hour (depending on and qualifications minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Certificate 4 in Disability)

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift.
- Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Who We're Looking For:
- At least 8 months of experience in disability or community support.
- Experience in both disability and community support is required to demonstrate comprehensive care capabilities.
- Candidates may have experience in either disability support or community support to meet the experience requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach.
- Flexibility, reliability, and availability across both weekdays and weekends.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Mandatory Requirements:
All of the following must be completed and provided prior to commencement of employment:
- Current Australian Working Rights
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- New Worker NDIS Induction Modules:
- Supporting Effective Communication
- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
- Infection Control Training
- Current First Aid & CPR CertificationCertificate III in Individual Support (minimum qualification required for this position)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Certificate IV in Disability or a higher qualification.
