TerryWhite Chemmart Prahran Midnight is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pharmacy Assistant(s) to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position based in Prahran, VIC 3181. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring excellent customer service whilst maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy. This position offers an excellent chance to develop your skills in a healthcare environment and contribute to the wellbeing of our community.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service and product advice
- Assisting with over-the-counter sales and daily transactions
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store
- Replenishing stock and assisting with inventory management
- Supporting dispensary workflow when required
- Executing catalogue promotions, including display setup, ticketing, and pricing accuracy
- Assisting with the creation of engaging in-store and seasonal displays
- Promoting pharmacy services, health programs, and loyalty initiatives

Current shifts available:

Mondays 4pm-9pm

Tuesdays 9am-5pm

Wednesdays 11am-5pm

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous pharmacy experience – preferred, but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with catalogue setup and pricing accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for afternoons,



weeknights and/or weekends including public holidays
- Reliability and commitment to punctuality, particularly important for part-time shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn pharmacy management systems
- A genuine passion for helping customers and being part of a community-focused pharmacy team
