HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing difficulties across paediatric and adult participants. The role involves developing therapy plans aligned with NDIS outcomes and working within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, physiotherapists and psychologists.
You will provide education to families and carers, use AAC strategies, and deliver services face-to-face or via telepractice as needed.
