ESC Electrical is a growing electrical contractor delivering projects across Victoria. We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team, with the majority of work based in Ballarat and travel across our Geelong and Melbourne branches as required.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in their work, looks after their equipment, and enjoys being part of a professional team.

About the Role

Operating a 1.8T excavator to dig trenches for underground electrical cable installations.

Working alongside our electrical crews on underground electrical installations.

Loading and unloading equipment and materials.

Conducting daily pre-starts and routine maintenance on the excavator, truck and associated equipment.

Keeping all equipment clean,



maintained and presentation-ready.

Working safely while delivering quality outcomes on every project.

What We're Looking For

- Experience operating a 1.8T excavator.
- HR Licence (essential).
- Excavator ticket/licence.
- White Card.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in maintaining machinery and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
