This senior leadership role involves overseeing the delivery, quality, and development of business programs, fostering a culture of quality, scholarship, and continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to higher education quality standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes mentoring academic staff, promoting learning and teaching innovation, and maintaining strong relationships with students, faculty, industry partners,



and external stakeholders.Applicants for the Associate Dean position at the company should have significant experience in an academic leadership role within higher education, a proven track record of leading teams and achieving strategic objectives, and a strong background in teaching business disciplines at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. The role requires a candidate with a PhD or equivalent combination of postgraduate qualifications and relevant leadership experience, as well as excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
