We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.

We are looking for an Experienced Warehouse Manager for our Airfreight operation in our Melbourne Warehouse located in Tullamarine.

Within the role you will be required to:

- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
- Ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment;
- Provide strategic direction and control for all operations in order to improve the efficiency of the depot
- Determine & arrange for weekly & daily labour to ensure efficiency
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained & serviced and appropriate records are kept.
- Address and assist with all employee issues in a professional manner including but not limited to employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.




- Supervise the Warehouse function, including people, process and task allocation to meet customer demands
- Lead by example to ensure professional relationships are maintained internally and externally
- Ensure processes for inbound/outbound shipments are efficient and produce a timely outcome for customers
- Maximize safety performance through leadership , creation and maintenance of a positive and safe environment

To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria:

- Have a minimum of 3 Years Experience working in a Air Freight Warehouse.
- Driver's License
- Adequate numerical skills
- Hardworking work ethics
- Be able to prioritise
- Can do Attitude and Flexible approach
- Ability to work in a team or individual
