With a solid pipeline of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation projects, this company is known for operational excellence, technical expertise, and a culture that values leadership, accountability, and team development.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team. This is a full-time leadership role with ownership of the service department, offering direct impact on operations, team performance, and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading the service team, including technicians and apprentices, and mentoring for performance improvement
- Managing day-to-day service operations, workflow, and scheduling
- Preparing and issuing service quotations and ensuring works are delivered on time and on budget
- Maintaining client relationships and managing enquiries to resolution
- Overseeing preventive maintenance, reactive service, and long-term maintenance contracts
- Coordinating with suppliers,



contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operationsEnsuring compliance with OH&S;, statutory, and environmental requirements
- Reporting on service performance, budgets, and key KPIs to Directors
- Driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the service department

What we’re looking for

- Proven leadership experience in the HVAC or related services industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
- Confident decision-maker, highly organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (chillers, VRF systems, package units, controls, ventilation)
- Current driver’s licence with a clean record
- Commitment to fostering a safe, accountable, and collaborative team environment
