About the role

We are looking for a new parts interpreter to join our Kingaroy team. A great team member with enthusiasm, experience and a great customer service attitude.

We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service industry.

Are you a spare parts interpreter looking for better opportunities and a better place to work? Or perhaps you have great technical skills and want to become a parts interpreter? In either case we would love to talk to you.

Ideally you will have 2 years or more experience in the auto parts industry or a similar industry such as tools, workshop equipment, lubrication sales and so on. If you don't have this experience, but you think you have good grounding in the skill sets required (for example if you are a mechanic looking to get off the tools, a solid hobbiest with good technical knowledge and so on) by all means send through your application as we will be pleased to review it.

Key attributes required for this role

- Experience in providing sales or technical experience within the truck and trailer, automotive or similar industry
- Client focused and excellent customer service skills
- Good proficiency in computers
- Self-motivated and reliable with the maturity to work without direct supervision
- Be a team player with high attention to detail




- Solid time management skills
- Display a positive attitude and work ethic
- Punctual and Excellent communication skills
- Open drivers licence

Key Responsibilities

- Use our computer database and catalogue system to identify vehicle makes, model and variations to determine the right parts.
- Timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process
- Prepare invoices for the sale of stock
- Provide industry best levels of service to customers in branch, by email or phone and online
- Be part of a dedicated team who has a drive to achieve
- Maintain regular communications with customers and Tranzmile branches on stock requirements

Salary will be negotiated with the best applicant and is versatile. We will adjust our package for the best applicant.
