Located in Ascot Vale - Melbourne, we have an opportunity for aPre Site Coordinator to join our team.

The role will suit someone who is self-driven, hardworking and has attention to detail. You will have had previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Workflow roles in the building industry

Our Operations team works closely with our Sales and Building teams to ensure a great customer experience when building their home along with a great quality outcome on site for our customers.

Experience in a customer service, administration, or the residential building industry.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with outstanding attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work with others in a team environment.





A pro-active attitude with good communication skills.

- Knowledge of residential building contracts. (highly regarded but not essential)
- The ability to read and interpret residential building plans and specifications. (highly regarded but not essential)
