Healthy Care Solutions is a growing healthcare provider delivering high-quality staffing solutions and community care services across Regional Victoria. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses and Junior Registered Nurses to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, person-centred care across a variety of healthcare settings, including:

- Residential aged care facilities
- Community nursing
- NDIS participants (where applicable)
- Short-term and ongoing placements

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ or clients’ conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- New graduates and Junior RNs are encouraged to apply.
- Current National Police Check.




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or community nursing.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation systems such as Leecare, BestMED, or MedMobile.
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and night shifts.
