Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong technical networking background to join a growing team delivering critical network services within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from hands‑on network engineering into service delivery and understands both the technical and operational aspects of delivering reliable, high‑performing network services.

About the Role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, performance and continuous improvement of network services. Working closely with technical teams, customers and key stakeholders, you will oversee service performance, manage operational outcomes and help establish best practices within a greenfield workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong relationships and contributing to the delivery of mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key Requirements





- 3+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager (or similar) role supporting network services.
- Must have several years' experience as a Network Engineer with a solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies.
- Strong understanding of what excellent service delivery looks like across operational and customer environments.
- Technical understanding of network service performance and how it is measured, including:
- Network availability and uptime
- Latency
- Packet loss
- Service performance and operational metrics

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a regulated industry, such as utilities, defence, federal government, financial services or other critical infrastructure environments.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements.
