The Role

We’re looking for an experienced 3PL Account Manager to join our Melbourne Airport team. This is a hybrid role: part account management, part operations. You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients while also rolling up your sleeves on the warehouse floor when it counts. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end 3PL operations for a portfolio of clients — ensuring every order, movement, and interaction is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

You’ll work closely with warehouse teams,



transport providers, and clients to deliver seamless outcomes and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end 3PL operations across receivals, storage, picking, dispatch, and transport
- Oversee order management and inventory accuracy within CargoWise
- Ensure all SOPs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
- Coordinate transport bookings and final mile delivery solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering high-level service
- Monitor and prioritise urgent orders and time-sensitive movements
- Ensure accurate and complete billing across all activities
- Support onboarding of new clients and drive process improvements
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency

What Success Looks Like

- Near-perfect inventory and dispatch accuracy (99%+)
- Orders processed and dispatched within agreed client SLAs
- Fast, proactive communication with clients and internal teams
- Zero missed pickups and high-quality carrier selection
- Strong ownership of accounts with a focus on continuous improvement

(This role is highly KPI-driven across accuracy, service levels, and billing compliance)

About You

- Proven experience in 3PL / warehousing / logistics operations
- Strong working knowledge of CargoWise (highly regarded)
- Experience managing customer accounts in a 3PL environment
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and operate under pressure
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and outcomes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working hands-on when required in a warehouse workplace
