Randstad seeks a Senior Payroll Officer to support a client with complex multi-state payroll. You will provide SME guidance and end-to-end processing to ensure continuity and compliance in a transforming business.

You will manage ~2,500 staff across five states, with two payroll runs, and play a key role in health checks and compliance audits to ensure the function remains future-ready. Melbourne-based, in office induction.
