Regand Park Early Childhood Education Centre (ECEC), Dubbo is a family owned and operated 87 place service which provides care and education for children between 6 weeks and 5 years old. Children's safety, wellbeing, and rights are at the heart of everything we do. A rare opportunity for a Qualified Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join the supportive team at Regand Park Early Childhood Education Centre, Dubbo, NSW.

The successful candidate MUST have:

- Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations, the Assessment and Rating Process,the Child Safe Standards,Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting Guidelines.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and how to implement this in practice.
- A commitment to children's safety,prioritising children'sneeds first,and creating a Child Safe Environment.
- A commitment to career development and personal growth.
- Completed the mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko.
- A current Working with Children Check, rights to work in Australia, current First Aid Qualifications and be able to provide at least two (2) current references. Regand Park ECEC takes child protection and child safety very seriously. We do not employ prohibited persons and have procedures in place to ensure the safety and supervision of children and staff is paramount.
