InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Full Time Demi Chef to join our Luxury resort kitchen brigade. You will contribute to the culinary experiences across The Fireplace, Cove Café, Verandah Restaurant & Bar, Lagoon Beach Club, and events.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will develop skills in multiple outlets, maintain high standards, and work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends in Australia’s sunny Gold Coast
