Hardi Aged Care is seeking an enthusiastic cook to support the head chef at our Blacktown facility. This full-time role covers weekend meals, menu execution, and portion control in a busy aged-care kitchen.

You will lead the kitchen team in the head chef's absence, ensure HACCP compliance and protected food handling, and bring experience with texture-modified meals and dietary requirements. Cert III/IV in commercial cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate are preferred.
