Dream Maker Dance Studio is a fast-growing ballet school in Sydney with an established student base and exciting expansion plans across multiple locations.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and inspiring Ballet Teacher with training in RAD, Vaganova, Cecchetti or another recognised classical ballet syllabus . RAD Registered Teachers will be highly regarded.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and grow with a school that is committed to high-quality ballet education while expanding across Sydney.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting teachers for our Burwood and North Shore (Gordon) locations.

Teaching opportunities may include:

- Tiny Toes (3-4 years)
- Pre-Primary in Dance
- Primary in Dance
- RAD Grades 1–5
- Adult Ballet (optional)

We offer weekday afternoon/evening and weekend teaching opportunities, with additional classes becoming available as our student numbers continue to grow.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is a RAD Registered Teacher (preferred) , or professionally trained in RAD, Vaganova, Cecchetti or another recognised classical ballet methodology
- Has experience teaching children from preschool to teenagers
- Has experience preparing students for ballet examinations (highly regarded)




- Demonstrates strong classical ballet technique and a passion for quality training
- Creates engaging, encouraging and age-appropriate classes
- Builds positive relationships with students and families
- Is reliable, organised and qualified
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a NSW Working With Children Check
