About You

You are a passionate early childhood professional who:

- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .




- Has experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) .
- Is committed to providing high-quality education and care.
- Has a sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards , child protection responsibilities, and children's health and wellbeing.
- Is professional, reliable, positive, and flexible.
- Works collaboratively as part of a supportive team while also showing initiative.
- Builds respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Child Protection training.
- Current Child Safety awareness and mandatory reporting knowledge.
- National Child Safety Training
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
