Matung Kunarr Aboriginal Corporation is seeking experienced therapeutic youth workers for active night and sleepover shifts in the Newcastle/Hunter NSW region. You will provide direct care to children and young people living in residential care who have experienced childhood trauma and may have healthcare or disability needs.

You will be a resilient, mature mentor focused on consistent, individualised care, ensuring young people feel heard, valued and empowered.
