Gold Coast Health is seeking a Diet Monitor to join our Southport and Robina facilities on a permanent full-time basis. You will liaise with nutrition staff and speech pathologists on special diets, process daily menus, and supply production requirements to cooks. Maintain up-to-date nutrition knowledge within the healthcare system.
