Paper Daisy at Halcyon House in Cabarita Beach is looking for a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Halcyon House is a boutique, multi-award winning hotel in Cabarita Beach (15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport).
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who will have:
- Previous restaurant supervisory
- Wine knowledge
- Superior customer service skills
- Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster (Friday to Tuesday essentially)
- Excellent personal presentation
- A valid Current South Wales RSA and Food Handler Basics Certificate
You will work in a friendly close knit team providing high quality service.
- Temporary staff accommodation available if needed.
