Live In Maintenance and Reservations Couple

Turon Gates is an eco-retreat located 3 hours from Sydney on the way to Mudgee.

We are looking for an energetic couple to live on site in a purpose built two bedroom cottage to work in the day to day operations of the property and act as caretaker when the manager is away.

The job will be 5 days a week. Some weeks your days off will be Tue/Wed, Some weeks it will be Sat/Sun.

There is a maintenance roll and a computer reservations/cleaning roll both rolls will involve customer service:

For the reservations/cleaning roll you will spend most days a week doing computer/phone reservations and some days cleaning cabins. When doing bookings you will also be the on site customer contact for purchases or information.

For the maintenance roll you will spend your days maintaining and improving the property and buildings along with doing rubbish runs, firewood drop off, mowing and general day to day repairs.

Ideally you’ll possess experience in some of the areas below:

Repairs and maintenance.

Farm Equipment/Machinery

MR/HR Truck License

Horseriding

We offer a generous package for the right couple including up-to-date purpose built accommodation, all utilities, a near new dual cab 4WD, internet, mobile etc..

This job is not suited for people with children as the schools and day care is a long way away.





The maintenance roll is not suited to someone looking to slow down or semi-retire. You will be working with your hands all day 5 days a week. You must have a strong work ethic and be a self starter.

Turon Gates is 14kms from the nearest pub and 40mins from a supermarket. This is not suited to anyone that needs an active social life.
