We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented factory hand to join our Operations team in Moss Vale. In this role, you’ll support our fast-paced sales and production teams by supporting general factory operations working across multiple production areas.

Your day may include:

- Assembly of products and components according to specifications
- Product testing including set up and recording outcomes
- Basic machine operations.
- Packing and preparation of finished goods
- Use of basic hand and power tools
- General factory and warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and secure work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Work towards production efficiency goals

You’ll be based in our factory environment, working closely with an experienced and supportive team. Full training is provided, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills and gain confidence working with specialised testing equipment and processes.

This is a casual position with genuine potential to broaden into additional responsibilities and transition into a permanent role for the right person.

This role would suit someone with previous factory, warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoys practical work and being part of a small, growing team.

This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
