Are you a dynamic, experienced manager with a proven track record in managing high-energy, fast-paced hospitality environments? We’re looking for a seasoned Duty Manager to take the reins across our busy, high-profile venues and help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences day in, day out.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and knows how to keep their cool while motivating others to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Leading a large and diverse teams (FoH & BoH)
- Driving service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Implementing and maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Coordinating with senior management on strategy and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Hands-on knowledge of both FoH & BoH operations
- Demonstrated success managing large, busy venues with high footfall
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to improve systems, workflows, and profitability
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
