AIA Health is seeking Customer Experience Consultants in Australia to deliver high-quality service across member servicing functions including contact centre operations, ancillary claims, administration, and retention calls. We have both perm and 6-month contract roles.
You will respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, email and other channels, process ancillary claims, and maintain records in HAMBS and e5 while supporting in resolving member complaints.
