Our client is seeking reliable and safety-focused HR Drivers to join their Tomago operations. Operating Front Lift, Rear Lift, Hook Lift vehicles, you'll play an important role in delivering essential waste and recycling services to commercial and industrial customers across the region.

Responsibilities

As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation and disposal of waste and recyclable materials throughout the local region.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate HR vehicles including Rear Lift, Front Lift and Hook Lift
- Complete scheduled collections efficiently and safely.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Complete all required paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Work safely around heavy vehicles, machinery and industrial equipment.
- Operate on commercial, industrial and mine sites while following all safety procedures.




- Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and housekeeping.
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Comply with company policies, road regulations and WHS requirements.
- Report hazards, incidents and maintenance requirements promptly.

Roster

- Monday to Friday
- Early starts from 4:00am
- Overtime opportunities available

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current HR Driver Licence.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent driving skills and road awareness.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation.
- Good knowledge of the Tomago and surrounding areas.

Highly Desirable

- Experience operating Rear Lift, Front Lift and Hook Lift vehicles
- Previous waste industry experience.
- Multi-drop delivery or collection experience.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial sites.

Pre-employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to:

- Hold a current HR Licence.
- Pass a National Police Check.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
- Pass drug and alcohol screening.
