Indigenous Wellbeing Centre in Bundaberg and the Wide Bay Burnett region invites applications for an Outreach Worker within Social Health and Wellbeing services. The role is up to full time hours (76 per fortnight) and aims to encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to access health services in a culturally responsive way.
The position supports travel to Gayndah as needed, with duties to promote health outcomes and facilitate access to GP services and health assessments.
