Key Responsibilities

- Cutting, trimming, boning, and preparing a variety of meat products.

- Maintaining high standards of presentation and product quality.

- Assisting customers with product selection and providing cooking advice.

- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards are followed.

- Managing stock rotation, inventory, and minimising waste.

- Keeping work areas and equipment clean and well maintained.





- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

- Previous experience as a butcher or qualified apprentice butcher.

- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.

- A commitment to food safety and quality standards.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
